According to foreign media reports, with the start of public road testing, electric car manufacturer Lucid Group’s second model, the Lucid Gravity SUV, is close to production.

The Lucid Group aims to become a serious player in the electric vehicle market, and the development of the Gravity SUV is an important step towards this goal.

According to foreign media reports, the car can accommodate up to seven passengers, is equipped with a high-resolution display, and runs a new version of Lucid UX software, which is a custom Android-based infotainment system that includes built-in maps and voice control.

On Tuesday, the Lucid Group released two new photos and a teaser video of the upcoming luxury vehicle, announcing that it has entered “a new phase of development” and is being tested on public roads in the United States.

The luxury electric SUV is one step closer to mass production as the Lucid Group officially begins road testing the Gravity SUV.

Although the price of the Lucid Gravity SUV has not yet been announced, it is expected to exceed Lucid Air’s minimum price of 100,000 US dollars. The SUV will compete with Tesla’s Model X, Audi’s e-Tron and Mercedes-Benz’s EQC.
