Loongson 3A6000 PC CPU design completed, expected to flow in the first half of 2023

Loongson Zhongke revealed at the performance briefing held today that the Loongson 3A6000 PC processor will get samples in the first half of 2023.

In addition, 3A5000+7A2000 for desktop applications and 3C5000+7A2000 for server applications have been commercialized to support industry chain partners to launch related products. Godson has arranged for the research and development of the 8-core 2K3000 single-chip SOC, and the 2K3000 will also be taped in the first half of next year.

Loongson Zhongke achieved operating income of 484 million yuan in the first three quarters, a year-on-year decrease of 37.55%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 73.048 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 38.60%.

The Loongson 3A6000 PC processor uses the same 12nm process as the Loongson 3C5000 server processor, its simulation running score is 30% higher than the current 3A5000 series, and its floating-point running score is 60% higher than the 3A5000 series. According to analysts in the industry, the IPC of the Loongson 3A6000 PC processor will reach the level of AMD Zen3 or 11th generation Core.

Recently, Loongson Zhongke disclosed on the investor Q&A platform that Loongson 3A6000 has completed the design and is in the production process.
