Li Auto: L8 SUV will be launched on September 30, Li L7 and L6 on the way

On September 22, Li Auto announced the L8 release information. The Li Li L8 conference will start at 15:00 on September 30, 2022, and the final decision will be opened after the price is announced. During National Day, the Li L8 show car will arrive at the Li car retail centers across the country one after another for everyone to experience, and the delivery will officially start in early November.

The official also announced the arrival of the L7 and L6 models. Li Auto is establishing a more complete and clear product sequence. L stands for the SUV series of extended-range electric platforms, and the number represents the size level of the model.

The Li L9 is a family smart flagship six-seat SUV (full size, within 500,000), the Li L8 is a family smart luxury six-seat SUV (medium and large, within 400,000), and the Li L7 is a family smart flagship five-seat SUV (medium and large, 40 Within 10,000 yuan), the Li L6 is a family intelligent luxury five-seat SUV (medium-sized, within 300,000 yuan).

According to reports, the Li L8 inherits the space layout of the classic medium and large six-seat SUV of the Li ONE. The body dimensions are length 5080mm, width 1995mm, height 1800mm, and wheelbase 3005mm. The Li L8 offers two models, Pro and Max, to more broadly meet the segmented needs of home users.

In addition, Li Auto’s five-seat smart flagship SUV, Li Li L7, will be released and delivered in the first quarter of 2023, with body dimensions of 5050mm in length, 1995mm in width, 1750mm in height and 3005mm in wheelbase.

The all-new four-wheel drive extended-range electric system, magic carpet air suspension, 7.3.4 Dolby panoramic sound audio and video system, a front-seat four-screen interactive system with HUD, NOA navigation assisted driving will all be the full range of Li L8 and Li L7. Standard.

The Li L8 Pro model comes standard with Smart Driving AD Pro and Smart Cockpit SS Pro. AD Pro uses the world’s first Horizon J5 chip and comes standard with high-speed NOA navigation assistance. SS Pro uses Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip and a front-row four-screen interactive system (HUD, safe driving interactive screen and two 15.7-inch LCD screens in the front row).

The Li L8 Max model comes standard with Smart Driving AD Max and Smart Cockpit SS Max. AD Max uses NVIDIA’s dual Orin X chips, lidar, and a full set of autonomous driving safety redundancy systems.

SS Max uses Qualcomm dual Snapdragon 8155 chip and a five-screen three-dimensional space interactive system (HUD, safe driving interactive screen and three 15.7-inch LCD screens in the front and rear).

In addition, according to previous introductions, the Li L8 adopts dual-motor four-wheel drive, with a maximum power of 330kW (130 front and 200 rear), peak torque of 620 N m, and an acceleration of 5.3 seconds to 100 kilometers.

It is equipped with a 40.9 kWh ternary lithium battery pack, and the pure electric cruising range can reach 168 kilometers (WLTC). At the same time, it has been replaced with a new four-cylinder 1.5T range extender.
