LG’s new ultra-wide monitor 49WQ95C coming soon: 5120*1440 resolution, 144Hz refresh rate

The LG 49WQ95C ultra-widescreen dual QHD monitor is now available on LG’s website in China and is expected to be available soon at a price yet to be announced.

The monitor features a 49-inch Nano IPS screen with 32:9 ratio, 3800R curvature, 5120*1440 resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, HDR400 certification, 98% DCI-P3 color gamut, and 5ms grayscale response time.

In terms of interfaces, the monitor is equipped with a USB-C interface that supports one-wire connectivity and 90W of reverse power supply, as well as the regular HDMI 2.0 and DP 1.4 interfaces and USB-A interface. The monitor also has a built-in 10W speaker and a stand with lift and swivel adjustment.

Officially, the 49WQ95C is a 32:9 dual QHD monitor, equivalent to two 27-inch 16:9 QHD (2560×1440) monitors seamlessly stitched together, with 70% more pixels than 32:9 FHD (3840×1080). In addition, the monitor supports Dual controller, which helps you control multiple devices on one display with one set of mouse and keyboard, and easily drag and drop files.
