In October last year, Meta released the Quest Pro headset, priced at US$1,500 equipped with the Snapdragon chip XR2 Plus. Meta claimed that the Quest Pro was only sold at “cost price”, but sales were still dismal. According to the naming of Quest 4 Pro, Meta is expected to merge the existing two product lines of “Quest Pro” and “Quest”. According to foreign media, Meta has announced a four-year development plan:
