The Lexar PCIe 5.0 SSD NM1090 reportedly utilizes a Qunlian E26 controller with 232 layers of 3D TLC flash memory; it features a DDR4 cache of 1 GB for the 1TB model, 2 GB for the 2TB model, and 4 GB for the 4TB model.
The PCIe 5.0 SSDs using the Qunlian E26 controller are now available in large quantities, with sequential read speeds of up to 12,400 MB/s, and priced at around $2,600 for 2TB of capacity.
