Lenovo’s overseas website has now announced the configuration information of the new ThinkPad P16 notebook, which is expected to be available soon.
The new ThinkPad P16 is equipped with the 12th generation Core HX series processors, available in 12-core i5-12600HX and 16-core i7-12800HX to i9-12900HX, and the graphics cards are available in 4GB memory RTX A1000 to 16GB memory RTX A5500. The motherboard chipset is WM690 and supports 128GB DDR5 memory and two PCIe 4.0 SSDs.
As for the screen, the notebook is available in 16-inch 1920×1200, 2560×1600, 3840×2400 and 3840×2400 OLED resolutions.
In terms of design, the new ThinkPad P16 Gen 1 features red elements on the rear to show off the performance of this notebook. The notebook measures 364 x 266 x 30.23 mm, weighs from 2.95 kg and has ports including HDMI, Thunderbolt 4, SD card reader and more.
Lenovo’s new ThinkPad P16 starts at $1980 (about $13,345.2) and is not yet available in China.
