Lenovo will launch think world, an interactive platform to take lead in meta-universalization

Lenovo Innovation Technology Conference, Lenovo Group CEO Yang Yuanqing revealed that Lenovo will soon launch a new meta-universe inter-net display space – “think world”, and at the same time stationed in Baidu Xiyang.

According to Yang, key customer interaction platforms such as Lenovo’s website and Lenovo Future Center will be the first to “meta-universe”. He also said that in addition to the development of Lenovo’s computing power architecture, the purchasing/consumption model of computing power is also being constantly updated.

At the same time, Lenovo’s edge computing product family was also unveiled collectively, and Lenovo’s edge computing solutions have been applied to rich scenarios. Lenovo believes that China’s cloud services market will grow at an annual rate of 25% in the next five years.

Yang also said that the future will be a continuous evolution from computing devices to computing power, and with the explosive growth of data, there is a need to develop “universal wisdom computing power”. According to Yang, a new era of digitalization and intelligence has arrived. The demand for computing is mushrooming, and “single-player” devices and localized data centers are far from being able to meet the demand for computing anywhere, anytime, which calls for the creation of a new computing architecture. The new computing infrastructure of “end-edge-cloud-net” is thus born. The end in the hands of users, the cloud covering a wide range of areas, and the edge closer to where data is generated, together with the high-speed network for data transmission, provide users with ubiquitous “universal intelligence” computing power.
