Lenovo announced at the ThinkPad 30th anniversary event that the 30th anniversary ThinkPad X1 Carbon notebook will be available in December, but the price of the national line has not yet been announced.

Lenovo said the ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 10 30th Anniversary Edition will be limited to 5,000 units.

The ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 10 30th Anniversary Edition has been on the shelves overseas not long ago. In the United States, the cheaper model uses the Intel Core i7-1260P and the more expensive model uses the i7-1270P, with 16 GB or 32 GB of memory and 512 GB or 1 TB of SSD storage, starting at about $3,440 (about RMB 24,390) and the high-end configuration costs $4,170 (about RMB 29,565).

The 30th Anniversary ThinkPad X1 Carbon tops out with a 14-inch 2400p OLED screen with 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and 500 nits brightness. The commemorative edition features the classic ThinkPad logo in red, green and blue (RGB) with the 30th-anniversary edition etching. In addition, the commemorative serial number is engraved on the right hinge cover, starting with 0001. The packaging for the commemorative edition is made of rapidly recycled bamboo fiber and a specially marked paper band. The package includes the RGB version of the small red dot TrackPoint.
