According to Lenovo’s official website, its subsidiaries Motorola Mobility and Sharp have reached a global agreement on cross-patent licensing of their respective organizations’ wireless communication technologies.

Lenovo said it was pleased to have reached an agreement in which the two parties agreed on the fair value of each other’s investment portfolios, and both parties expressed their willingness to obtain licenses on a fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory (FRAND) basis.
