Kingston Digital Inc. recently launched the DC600M Enterprise SSD, optimized for mixed-use scenarios, with excellent quality of service (QoS) and consistent latency and IOPS.

The DC600M Enterprise SSD uses 6Gbps SATA 3.0 storage and 3D TLC NAND, making it ideal for high-capacity rackmount servers. The SSD also features a built-in power failure capacitor that provides hardware-level onboard power failure protection, reducing the risk of data loss in the event of an unexpected power failure.

Designed for system integrators, hyperscale data centers, and cloud service providers, the DC600M features AES 256-bit encryption and predictable low latency across a variety of read and write workloads. This makes it the ideal storage solution for enterprises and organizations that require stability and low latency to meet strict customer SLAs.

The following information about the DC600M specifications:

Sequential read/write:

  • 480GB – Read speed 560 MB/s, write speed 470 MB/s
  • 960GB – Read speed 560 MB/s, Write speed 530 MB/s
  • 1920GB – Read speed 560 MB/s, Write speed 530 MB/s
  • 3840GB – Read speed 560 MB/s, write speed 530 MB/s
  • 7680GB – Read speed 560 MB/s, write speed 530 MB/s

Steady State 4k Random Read/Write: 480GB

  • 480GB – 94,000/41,000 IOPS
  • 960GB – 94,000/65,000 IOPS
  • 1920GB – 94,000/78,000 IOPS
  • 3840GB – 94,000/59,000 IOPS
  • 7680GB – 94,000/34,000 IOPS
