Kia Sonet SUV is equipped with L2 intelligent driving assistance system, which covers urban commuting, high-speed driving, rural roads and other road conditions. In addition, the Kia Sonet SUV is equipped with a high-precision front camera, and officials say that “the lane keeping assist function supports stable and centered driving at speeds exceeding 170km/h.”

At the same time, Sonet is also equipped with intelligent driving assistance configurations such as LDW lane departure warning, ISLA intelligent speed limit assist, DAW driver attention warning, HBA high beam assist and cruise control.

Note: The Kia Sonet SUV Car Comfort Edition does not come standard with intelligent assisted driving systems, but is optional.

In terms of smart cockpit, the Kia Sonet SUV is equipped with a 10.25-inch LCD instrument panel (comfort version is 4.2 inches) and a 10.25-inch multimedia touch screen. The luxury smart version is equipped with Kia Connect & Baidu Intelligent Interconnection System 3.0, which supports voice Control, real-time online navigation, remote control, car-home interconnection, online entertainment and other functions.

In addition, the car also supports voice control dual-tone zone speech recognition, OTA upgrade, mobile phone wireless charging, smart key, one-button start, BLE mobile phone Bluetooth key and other functions.

In terms of appearance design, the Kia Sonet SUV adopts Kia’s “Bold & Wild” design concept. The front part uses the family-style tiger roar design, supplemented by Star-Map star map LED headlights and high-gloss black front grille chrome plating.

The side part of the car adopts a simple body waistline design with 16-inch aluminum alloy mirror wheels (the comfort version has 16-inch crystal-cut wheels) and an overhead load rack design, giving the vehicle a sporty feel; at the rear part, Sonet adopts a simple design style and is equipped with Star-Map LED combination taillights.

In addition, the Kia Sonet SUV is available in three single-color body colors of Pearl White, Aurora Black, and Olive Green, and two two-tone body colors of Pearl White/Black and Dynamic Red/Black.

The Kia Sonet SUV has a panoramic view and an ultra-high ground clearance of 181mm, and supports four driving modes: sport, comfort, economy, and smart. The car is also equipped with a 1.5L Smartstream engine + IVT transmission power combination, which officials say “takes into account both power and fuel economy.”

The vehicle has a length, width and height of 4110 x 1790 x 1625mm, a wheelbase of 2500mm, a displacement of 1497CC, a minimum ground clearance of 181mm, a fuel tank capacity of 45L, and a WLTC comprehensive fuel consumption of 6.29L/100km.

In terms of riding experience, the Kia Sonet SUV’s leather seats adopt an ergonomic design and are wider and thicker. The front seat headrests are 4-way adjustable and the rear seat headrests are 2-way adjustable. The chair adopts a folding design (6:4) to improve the utilization of space in the car.

The car is equipped with 6 airbags as standard, and is equipped with front and rear parking distance warning (PDW-F/R) and a rear camera.
