iPhone users reported AutoCorrect feature not enabled after upgrading to iOS 17.4

Some iPhone users reported that after upgrading to the iOS 17.4 update, although “AutoCorrection” has been enabled in Settings > General > Keyboard, it actually does not take effect.

According to user feedback, the problem mainly occurs with older iPhones, including iPhone XS, iPhone 11 and iPhone 12. Users have reported that this problem exists, and the foreign media team tested it on iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max or iPhone 14 Pro Max. , no problems were found.

It’s unclear exactly which iPhone models or how many iPhones are affected. Quoting foreign technology media MacRumors as reporting that Apple plans to launch the iOS/iPadOS 17.4.1 update in the next few days, with version number 21E235.

Apple is currently testing the iOS/iPadOS 17.4.1 update, which is not too extensive and mainly fixes bugs and security vulnerabilities in previous versions, so this “auto-correction” problem may be fixed.
