Intel’s next-generation flagship Xeon workstation processor W9-3495 revealed, 56 cores and 112 threads

Twitter user InstLatX64 revealed Intel’s next-generation Xeon workstation processor W9-3495, a flagship model that will have 56 cores and 112 threads, support for the AVX 512 instruction set and AMX Advanced Matrix Extensions.

Previously, according to momomo_us, Intel’s new Xeon W workstation processor will also adopt Core-like naming, with four levels: W3, W5, W7 and W9, so the W9-3495 will be a flagship model.

Intel’s new Xeon W5-3433 workstation processor is now available in the sisoftware database as a 16-core, 32-thread specification.

According to foreign media reports, Intel’s new generation of high-performance workstation processors will include the Xeon W-3400 and Xeon W-2400 series, not using Core on the size of the core design, are Golden Cove large core. The Xeon W-3400 series features up to 56 cores and supports up to 4TB of 8-channel DDR5 memory, while the Xeon W-2400 series features up to 24 cores and supports up to 512GB of 4-channel DDR5 memory.

Both AMD and Intel’s latest workstation platforms are expected to be available by the end of this year, providing enhanced options for professional users and enthusiast gamers.
