Hardware leaker @momomo_us claims that Intel will launch two more mobile 13th Gen Core CPUs. Intel confirmed that Raptor Lake mobile CPUs will be available before the end of the year. It looks like Intel is preparing at least four new mobile CPUs, two of which are known. According to previous reports, Intel is working on Core i9-13900HK and i7-13700H parts for laptops. These are expected to be high-end gaming SKUs, all with 14 cores and 20 threads.

These CPUs will also surpass the 12th-gen Core lineup in clock speeds, up to 5.4GHz according to leaks.

Meanwhile, @momomo_us claims that Intel is also adding SKUs of 13_20H, which are either low TDP parts or some kind of renaming of existing SKUs. He specifically mentions the Intel Core i7-13620H and i5-13420H, but a Google search didn’t find such names, so their configurations are still unknown.

It’s likely that Intel wants the 13th-generation Core series, codenamed “Raptor Lake mobile,” to arrive before CES 2023. This is usually where we see new lineup of notebook CPUs and GPUs, so this year will be no exception. There’s a chance that Intel’s 13th-gen CPUs will be paired with an Nvidia RTX 40 mobile GPU, or Intel’s own Arc A-series.

Intel also teased that they will be launching a new desktop-class HX series at a later date. However, it was not confirmed to be the new Raptor Lake chip with 8 performance and 16 efficiency cores. Those series should come later, though, possibly a full year after the 12th-generation HX series debuted in May of this year.
