With the arrival of the new generation of Sapphire Rapids, Intel’s 4th generation scalable Xeon W-3400 and W-2400 processors and the W790 platform used together will also come soon.

Unlike Alder Lake and Raptor Lake CPUs, Sapphire Rapids has as many as 56 P-cores, which is more powerful than consumer-grade processors (8) with a pitifully small number of P-cores. These CPUs are based on Intel 7 nodes and should provide some relief for Intel on the HEDT workstation front.

According to the whistleblower, the new platform is officially called the Expert 1S Workstation platform and will be based on the LGA 4677 socket.

It is said that the new flagship will be equipped with 105 MB of L3 cache, PBP of 350W, support up to 8 channels of DDR5-4800 memory, some up to DDR5-4400 memory, and the Sapphire Rapids 112L platform is equipped with 112 PCIe 5.0 CPU channels as standard, with performance expansion Stronger.

The whistleblower also provides a complete SKU list and platform details below (provided by @HXL), without further ado, let’s take a look:
