Intel Panther Lake Series CPUs Get Initial AIDA64 Support

0

FinalWire’s diagnostic and benchmarking tool AIDA64 is now updated to the latest 6.92.6610 beta, adding initial support for the next generation of Intel Core “Panther Lake” series CPUs.

While the exact release date for Panther Lake is still unknown, it is expected to be between 2025 and 2026. Unsurprisingly, this will be Intel’s Core Ultra processor for the desktop LGA-1851 platform, though the architecture is also suitable for mobile platforms.

Generally speaking, initial support means that AIDA64 developers have integrated early GPU ID and CPU ID information into their software and that the software can now recognize unreleased processors.

It is important to note that this does not mean that AIDA64 has achieved full support for newer-generation hardware. Unless Intel has built a range of detailed information into the CPU, the software may still not recognize basic information such as core layout, frequency or cache details.

In addition to support for Panther Lake, AIDA64 has added support for the Clearwater Forest Xeon family. These processors, designed for data centers, are scheduled to debut in 2025 and will succeed the Sierra Forest family, according to Intel.

Since Intel is no longer making its roadmap available to the public has summarized the information below based on what is known so far:
