Intel launched the Viper Canyon mini host in October 2022, i7-12700H + A770M 16G graphics card barebone configuration, with an initial price of RMB 9,999. Now, the JD.com self-operated price of this mini console has dropped to RMB 6,799, and the price in Taobao third-party stores has dropped to RMB 5,999.

In terms of configuration, the i7-12700H processor has 6 large cores + 8 small cores and a core frequency of 4.7GHz. Featuring 16 GB of GDDR6 graphics memory, the Intel Arc A770M GPU improves gaming performance with a new microarchitecture optimized for gaming and the latest visual technologies, including AI-enhanced upgrades, real-time ray tracing and full support for DirectX 12 Ultimate.

According to reports, the NUC 12 Enthusiast kit combines Intel Arc graphics and the 12th generation Intel Core i7-12700H mobile processor with Intel’s Performance Hybrid Architecture to deliver all the performance and innovative features users need in an ultra-compact 2.5-liter form factor. NUC 12 Enthusiast also brings Intel Deep Link to the desktop for the first time, allowing the CPU and GPU to work seamlessly together to improve performance across a variety of workloads.

Currently, Intel has transferred its NUC business to Asus, and subsequent models will be launched by Asus.
