A tripartite memorandum cooperation conference between Intel Corporation, Lenovo Group, and iQiyi was held in Beijing today. The three companies signed a memorandum of cooperation, aiming to work together to accelerate the implementation of AI transformation on the application side and bring users a new advanced AI intelligent experience.
According to reports, the collaboration between the three parties has successfully achieved more advanced hardware decoding technology, intelligent prediction and generation technology, and NPU support. These innovative technologies enable Lenovo’s AI PCs to deliver an immersive video streaming experience and superior display and audio effects. While achieving better performance, it also achieves excellent power consumption optimization. Lenovo’s AI PC not only has powerful computing power, but can also save energy for users and achieve green and environmental protection goals.
As early as June this year, Intel, Lenovo and iQiyi launched a cooperation to discuss solutions for creating a new immersive streaming media experience. Lenovo’s development equipment based on Intel’s new Meteor Lake platform has been used in function development and adjustment. Excellent testing, and achieved good results in enhancing user experience such as super score and barrage performance optimization.
With the signing of the memorandum, the three parties will continue to carry out in-depth cooperation in using AI technology to realize gesture control running on MEMC and NPU, as well as related power consumption optimization. Previously, iQiyi also launched in-depth strategic cooperation with Intel Corporation in the field of video social networking, and cooperated with Lenovo Group in creating quality content and optimizing the entertainment audio-visual experience.
According to previous reports, Intel will launch Core Ultra mobile processors on December 14. This series of processors integrates NPU, and PCs will enter the AI era.
