Foreign technology media NotebookCheck on Intel’s 13th generation processor Core i7-13700HX run scores test, the results show that the performance of Core i7-12700H improved by 25%.

This review is for the 16-inch GM6PX7X gaming laptop with Core i7-13700HX. The test results that the multi-threaded aspect is 25% better than Core i7-12700H, but 30% to 35% slower than Core i9-13900HX / i9-13980HX.

The higher power consumption of the 13th-generation platform compared to the 12th-generation processors means no significant increase in performance per watt. the Core i7-13700HX running Prime95 consumes about 183W, while the MSI Pulse GL76 with the Core i7-12700H processor consumes about 120W.
