Market research firm IDC in the latest report pointed out that the global gaming PC and game display shipments in 2023 will continue to show a low state.
The report pointed out that this year will continue to focus on clearing the backlog of inventory in 2022, which hinders manufacturers from launching new gaming PCs and gaming monitors.
IDC believes that there are still huge challenges in the global economy this year, while gaming PCs and gaming monitors lack obvious and meaningful upgrades to attract enough players to buy.
IDC believes that global shipments of gaming PCs and gaming monitors will reach 58.8 million units in 2023, and will reach 75.1 million units in 2027, outperforming the overall PC and monitor market.
