Hyundai Sells Nearly 23,000 Electric Vehicles in April 2023, Down YoY

Hyundai, which is vigorously developing electric vehicles, has had good sales this year. Their latest data shows that their demand for electric vehicles is still strong in April, with nearly 23,000 sold globally.

Nearly 23,000 units were sold in April, which means that Hyundai Motor’s sales of electric vehicles have exceeded 20,000 units for three consecutive months since February.

As in previous months, the IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6 still accounted for a substantial share of Hyundai’s April sales of EVs, close to 70 percent.

Although there are still good sales in April, judging from the data released by Hyundai Motor, their sales of electric vehicles in April fell from the previous month, and sales in March exceeded 24,000.
