The Chinese tech giant’s launch event set for November 2 will bring not only the Huawei Pocket S but also the Huawei Watch GT Cyber. To confirm this product’s presence, the company took to its Weibo account to share a teaser image advertising to its fans and netizens what they should expect. The image Huawei put forth on Weibo does not carry anything on the specifications of this coming smartwatch.

From the image, we notice that the smartwatch display is detachable and can be in use on its own without the dialer. This is a new technology for the Huawei Watch GT product line-up and will permit users to use the watch however they dim fit. We expect this smartwatch to borrow some features from the Watch GT 3 Pro which became official a few months ago.

One such feature will be the usage of a titanium build material for its frame and an AMOLED display for its screen. The detachable screen display may come with a 1.43-inch size, carrying multiple watch faces thanks to its software. There will also be a bunch of health and workout features on the Huawei Watch GT Cyber, including sensors to help these features work better.

The wearable device will run HarmonyOS 3 out of the box, bringing upgrades to software, security, and the overall user interface. Already, Huawei uses the slogan “Born To Be Different” for this wearable device, so we can expect something new with its launch. On November 2, we will get to know more about this wearable device, its specifications, pricing, and availability.
