Huawei Mate 50 Pro Latest Renderings Exposed: XMAGE Camera Replaces Leica

0

The new brand Huawei Imaging XMAGE was launched earlier this month, representing a new track of exclusive mobile imaging for Huawei after the “parting of the ways” with Leica. In fact, at the launch event, Huawei Terminal BG COO He Gang revealed that the next generation of flagship phones will bring another breakthrough in mobile imaging. From the point of view of time, the Mate 50 series is very likely to debut.

A few days ago, the good artisan Hoiindi drew the latest renders of the Huawei Mate 50 Pro, and a notable change is that the rear camera module clearly appears with the XMAGE logo, officially replacing the Leica presence.

The renders show that the Mate 50 Pro features a triple camera + ToF combination on the back, including a periscopic zoom lens.

The front is more interesting. For the ultra-narrow bezel and small bangs-shaped screen, I guess Huawei still intends to mount 3D face recognition technology to improve the security of biological unlock.

In terms of configuration, previous news said that the Mate 50 Pro will mainly be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 4G chip, and very few use the Kirin 9000S processor that supports 5G. Release time will certainly be arranged at the end of the month after the Harmony OS 3.0 system.
