According to Huawei official news, OpenAtom OpenHarmony (hereinafter referred to as “OpenHarmony”) ecological enablement signing ceremony was successfully held in Shenzhen.

Under the guidance of OpenAtom Open Source Foundation, Huawei signed OpenHarmony eco-enabling cooperation agreements with 24 partners, covering finance, education, transportation, energy, government, peace, manufacturing, health, broadcasting, telecommunications and other industries, to jointly promote prosperity and development of the OpenHarmony ecology.

OpenHarmony is an open source project incubated and operated by the Open Atom Open Source Foundation (OpenAtom Foundation). framework and platform.

Gong Ti, President of the Software Department of Huawei Device BG, said in his speech that in 2022, with the joint efforts of various partners, the capabilities of the OpenHarmony system will continue to increase, and the ecological progress will accelerate in various industries. There are already 102 commercial devices and 94 models. Development board modules and 28 software distributions have passed community compatibility assessments.

Huawei has set up the OpenHarmony Enablement Department to provide partners with more than 20 enabling services, including industry insights, training empowerment, and technical support. In April 2022, signed an OpenHarmony ecological enablement cooperation agreement with 6 distribution manufacturers. Last year, they launched commercial distributions based on OpenHarmony in education, finance, transportation and other industries for multiple industries.

Huawei officially stated that in order to support the development of more industries and prosper the OpenHarmony ecosystem, more industry chain partners are needed to join, including chip manufacturers, module development board manufacturers, equipment manufacturers, etc. The digital base creates a new pattern of the Internet of Everything industry.
