Hozon Automobile held a cooperation signing ceremony in Indonesia today and completed the delivery of the first batch of users in Indonesia. The Indonesian subsidiary of Hozon Automobile and Indonesian automobile manufacturer PT Handal Indonesia Motor (HIM) officially signed a cooperation agreement.
The localized production of Hozon Automobile will be carried out in the form of KD and is planned to start in the second quarter of 2024.
KD has three forms: CKD (fully assembled), SKD (partially assembled), and DKD (completely assembled). KD parts refer to all bulk parts imported from abroad and then assembled and produced domestically.
