In the first half of this year, Honor introduced the Honor Magic V2, and in the latter half, they announced the Honor V Purse and Honor Magic Vs 2 foldable phones. A recent leak from tipster Digital Chat Station appears to have unveiled the battery size for the upcoming Honor Magic Flip, and also hints at what to expect from Honor’s foldable lineup in 2024.

The Honor Magic V2 and Vs 2 are foldable phones with an inward folding design, whereas the V Purse has an outward folding design. Several reports have claimed that Honor will launch its first flip-style foldable phone, tentatively called the Magic Flip in 2024.

According to tipster, Honor might reduce the number of foldable phones in 2024. Nevertheless, the 2024 foldable phone range from Honor is expected to encompass a compact folding device, likely the Honor Magic Flip, along with inward and outward folding smartphones, which are seemingly the Honor V Purse 2 and Magic V3. A recent leak claimed that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered Magic V3 will debut in the first quarter of 2024.

As per the previous report, the Honor Magic Flip may debut in the first half of the coming year. The leaker revealed that it will have a 2,420mAh + 1,980mAh dual-cell battery, offering a combined 4,500mAh battery. This means the Magic Flip is poised to become the flip-style with the largest battery onboard. As far as Magic V Purse 2 is concerned, it may launch in the second half of 2024.

In addition, the tipster also revealed that Honor is working on adding features like satellite connectivity and variable aperture to its flagship lineup, which appears to be the Magic 6 series. Rumors are rife that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered Magic 6 lineup will debut in Q1 2024.
