The MWC 2023 conference will kick off in Barcelona on February 27th. Honor will release the Honor Magic 5 series phone and the overseas version of the Magic Vs folding screen phone at MWC 2023. The press conference is scheduled on February 27th.

Honor Magic 5 Pro and Magic 5 Ultimate Edition have passed the national 3C quality certification. The models are PGT-AN10 and PGT-AN20 respectively, both of which support 66W fast charging. According to @Digital questioning station, the new phone will also be equipped with a large single-cell battery of more than 5000mAh as standard, and the battery life is very good, but the fast charging speed is definitely not as good as the 100W flagship phone.

In addition, the Honor Magic 5 with the model number PGT-AN00 has also passed the 3C certification last week. So far, the three certificates are complete and only waiting to be released. Judging from the certification results, this new machine will be produced by Changsha BYD factory and Honor’s own factory.

Digital blogger @Digital questioning station said that the Honor Magic 5 series will be released in March. The new machine uses a 1/1.1-inch main camera + a new module with a large aperture. Compared with competing products, the 1-inch is also good performance, and will also be equipped with the next very popular 50Mp / 64Mp auxiliary lens specifications.

According to previous revelations, the Honor Magic5 series of phones will include the Honor Magic5, Magic5 Pro and Magic5 Ultimate Edition. The previously revealed renderings are consistent with the lens arrangement in the official poster.

The Honor Magic5 series is expected to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, equipped with a 6.8-inch eye-protecting flexible screen, support 100W wired fast charging, 50W wireless fast charging, and also support structured light and IP68 waterproof and dustproof.

The PGT-AN00 phone in the Honor Magic 5 series has entered the network of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The phone adopts the popular circular camera module design and contains three lenses (four for the Pro version) in the shape of an equilateral triangle. Arranged, it is reported that one of them is a periscope telephoto lens, and the bottom is a flash. The machine will support up to 100 times digital zoom.

Honor CEO Zhao Ming previously stated that the Magic 5 series will be built as a high-end flagship with leading image, communication, security, and intelligence.
