The Prologue is built on GM’s Autodesk platform and is positioned as a mid-size SUV:

The car’s overall design language is similar to most of Honda’s current models, which are more conservative and less aggressive, with features such as cut-through headlamps and hidden door handles, all absent from this car. In terms of body dimensions, the new car length, width and height are 4876/1988/1643mm, and the wheelbase reaches 3093mm.

The interior of the new car also does not use the popular design without physical buttons, the design is also more traditional style. The car is equipped with 11-inch full LCD instruments and 11.3-inch floating center control screen, below which there are two rows of physical buttons and two knobs. In addition, the new car’s in-car system has Google services built in, and is also compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The new car comes standard with a 10-position power-adjustable main driver’s seat, heated front seats, and SiriusXM satellite radio.

The car offers front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive power, of which the four-wheel drive model has a maximum power of 288 hp, and the front-wheel drive model has a maximum power of 212 hp from a single motor, supporting 150kW DC fast charging, which can increase the range of 65 miles (about 104.61 kilometers) in 10 minutes.

The Honda Prologue adopts a similar “strategy” as the Toyota bZ4X: there is no significant power gap between the single- and dual-motor models. bZ4X single-motor models produce 150kW, and dual-motor models produce up to 160kW.
