According to reports, the off-road super hybrid architecture Hi4-T is developed based on Great Wall Motors’ 33 years of car manufacturing experience. It adopts a tank-specific longitudinal parallel structure and is equipped with a 2.0T+9HAT hybrid combination. Torque 380N・m. On this basis, the tank 400 Hi4-T retains a new generation of intelligent four-wheel drive system with Mlock mechanical locking function, which can realize two-wheel drive (2H), intelligent four-wheel drive (AWD), high-speed four-wheel drive (4H) and low-speed four-wheel drive (4L) mode switching, according to different actual driving scenarios to realize the free switching of the four driving modes.

In terms of battery life, the tank 400 Hi4-T is equipped with a 37.1kWh power battery. The pure electric battery life exceeds 100km under WLTC working conditions. It also has a super 50kW super fast charge, which claims to only take 24 minutes from 30%-80%, and supports external discharge.

In addition, the Tank 400 Hi4-T also supports an approach angle of 33°, a departure angle of 30°, a minimum ground clearance of 224mm, and a wading depth of 800mm.

The tank 400 Hi4-T adopts a new “functional appearance design”, which claims to be like the front face of a future soldier, with sharp rivet wheel eyebrows and a functional rear shape. The interior of the car is equipped with a 12.3-inch LCD instrument + 16.2-inch central control screen + HUD head-up display + streaming media rearview mirror, and the second row of seats is folded down to provide a flat space.

It is noticed that the tank SUV official stated that in the future, all tank models will launch the Hi4-T off-road new energy version, and comprehensively promote the off-road new energy strategy to accelerate the implementation.
