Google releases March 2023 Android Security Patch, fixes 21 Qualcomm component vulnerabilities

Google released the Android Security Patch for March 2023 today, focusing on fixing two “critical” vulnerabilities, CVE-2023-20951 and CVE-2023-20954. Google officials did not disclose the details of the two vulnerabilities because most devices still have not deployed the update.

MediaTek Components: 3 Security Vulnerabilities Reported, All “High Severity”

UNISOC Components: 4 Security Vulnerabilities Reported, All Vulnerabilities Are “High Risk”

Qualcomm Components: 3 Security Vulnerabilities Reported, All “High Risk”

Qualcomm Closed Source Components: 18 Security Vulnerabilities were Reported, 2 Vulnerabilities Rated “Critical” and 16 Rated “High Severity”

Depending on the OEM, it may take a while for major OEMs to deploy the update after Google releases its monthly Android security Patch.
