Google pushes version 3.527.0 update to Pixel Buds A, fixes bug that prevents switching devices

Google recently for the Pixel Buds A push 3.527.0 version of the update to fix the headset can not switch from a matching phone to a second matching device such as a tablet problem.

Pixel Buds A had this issue after installing the 3.519.0 update, and Google fixed it in the latest 3.527.0 release after receiving feedback from users.

9to5Google learned that the update installation length is longer than the previous update. Users will need to update the Buds headphones first, and then the charging case. Both components need to be on 3.527.0 in order to successfully trigger the pairing process again.

In 9to5Google’s test today, the update paired successfully with the new device. Google shared on Tuesday that “an update to fix this issue will be rolled out to all users by Feb. 6.”
