On top of the Feature Drop and security patch for Pixel phones, Google today also rolled out an OTA update for the Pixel Watch. The update doesn’t introduce new features, but rather fixes several issues that exist in Calls, Settings, Watch Face, and Fitbit Exercise.

The international version of Pixel Watch is updated to RWD9.220429.070, while users in Japan and Taiwan are updated to RWD9.220429.070.J1. The update is at the December 5, 2022 security patch level.

Google says all Pixel Watch devices in support and running Wear OS 3.5 will start receiving these software updates today, while the carrier Pixel Watch will continue to roll out in phases.

This OTA update for Pixel Watch fixes the following.

Fixes and improvements to hands-free (HFP) calling

Fixes an issue where the dial complication occasionally failed to display the correct data.
