Google today announced the June 2023 update for Pixel Watch watches, but if users haven’t checked in on their smartwatches yet, don’t panic, because Google says the update will “roll out in phases over the next week. Bug fixes, security patches and other improvements.

The release log states that this update includes “the latest security patches, bug fixes, and improvements for Pixel Watch users” and that the version number is RWDC.230605.004, which allows users to go to the Settings menu and then Go to the “System” section and then the “System Updates” menu will pop up to check for updates to download.

The current Pixel Watch watches run Wear OS 3.5, but Google has announced Wear OS 4 and future plans for the platform during Google I/O 2023, showing off the new Watch Face Format tool, which will make it easier for developers to design and maintain Wear OS dials and more.

Google Pixel Watch first appeared at Google I / O 2022 in May 2022 and was officially released in October of the same year, priced at $349.99, with a round dial and unique strap connection axis, supporting deep Fitbit integration; equipped with a 294mAh battery, a single charge can be used for 24 hours of use on a single charge, and supports fast charging, allowing it to be charged to 50% in 30 minutes.
