Google Pixel Fold folding screen phone now in Geekbench, equipped with Tensor G2 chip

Google’s folding screen phone Pixel Fold has been exposed several times before, and now the product appeared in the Geekbench score platform.

Recently, a new model of Google Felix scores appeared, single-core 1047 points, multi-core 3257 points, running Android 13, equipped with 12GB memory, from the CPU specifications and Tensor G2 chip the same.

FrontPageTech has released a large number of renders of the Google Pixel Fold, as well as some revelations about the model. It is expected to come in two colorways, Chalk (white) and Obsidian (black), and will be priced at $1,799 (about RMB 12,791), the same price as the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 debut, and is tentatively scheduled to debut alongside the Pixel tablet in May 2023.

Google’s Pixel Fold will continue with “Pixel-like performance” and a “Pixel-like” flagship camera, sources claim. Judging from the image, it looks like the Pixel Fold’s “camera bar” won’t be as wide as the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro, at least not all the way to the edges, and very thick. This model will feature two 9.5 MP front-facing lenses, one inside the hole on the outer screen and the other on the right side of the top bezel of the inner screen.

Screen-wise, it is expected that the Google Pixel Fold will come with a Samsung screen, both internal and external, indicating an internal folding phone. The internal folding screen has a resolution of 1840 x 2208 and its dimensions are 123mm x 148mm. peak brightness will reach 1200 nits, average brightness is 800 nits, and may support 120Hz high brushing.
