According to the description, Microsoft plans to introduce a “compact chat list” option in the web and desktop Microsoft Teams applications, allowing users to hide information previews, thereby freeing up more space to display interactions with friends.
Note: Microsoft has introduced the “compact chat list” option in the Skype application, which also allows the screen to display more list content by hiding the information preview.
