Geely’s total sales of 1,686,500 units in 2023, up about 18% year-on-year

Geely Automobile announced that the group’s total sales in December 2023 were 150,453 vehicles, an increase of approximately 3% over the same period last year. Total sales for the full year of 2023 were 1,686,516 units, an increase of approximately 18% compared with the same period last year, exceeding the group’s full-year sales target of 1,650,000 units for 2023.

The board of directors has set the group’s sales target for 2024 at 1,900,000 units (including the sales target for Lynk & Co brand cars), an increase of approximately 13% from the total sales achieved in 2023. In addition, the sales target for new energy vehicles is expected to increase by more than 66% from the total sales achieved in 2023.

 SAIC-Volkswagen’s ID. family sold 19,000 vehicles in December and a total of 109,700 vehicles in 2023.

 Great Wall Motors' overseas sales exceeded 300,000 vehicles for the first time in 2023, and its cumulative sales exceeded 1.4 million vehicles.

 GAC Aion's cumulative sales in 2023 exceeded 480,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 77%, and sales in December were 45,947 vehicles.

 The Hongqi brand's retail sales in 2023 will exceed 370,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 29.5%, of which new energy retail sales will exceed 85,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 135%.

 FAW Toyota's retail sales in 2023 were 800,018 units, a year-on-year increase of 4.1%, and its production volume was 802,666 units.

 Voyah Automobile sold 10,017 vehicles in December, a year-on-year increase of 479%; the full-year sales in 2023 were 50,552 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 160%.

 Zeekr Automobile delivered 13,476 vehicles in December, a year-on-year increase of 18.9%; the cumulative delivery volume for the year reached 118,685 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 65%.

 Li Auto delivered 50,353 vehicles in December, a year-on-year increase of 137.1%, successfully exceeding 50,000 vehicles, and a total of 376,000 vehicles will be delivered in 2023.

 FAW Besturn's cumulative sales in 2023 totaled 120,666 units, a year-on-year increase of 59.4%.

 Great Wall Motors sold 29,816 new energy passenger vehicles in December, a year-on-year increase of 168.59%; the full-year sales in 2023 were 261,546 units, a year-on-year increase of 98.39%.

 AITO World Series delivered 24,468 new cars in December, a month-on-month increase of 29.96%, and a total of 94,380 cars were delivered throughout 2023.

 Leapmotor delivered 18,618 units in December, a year-on-year increase of 119%; a total of 144,155 units will be delivered in 2023, a year-on-year increase of over 29%.

 SAIC-GM-Wuling sold 201,666 units in December 2023, a month-on-month increase of 26%, and the annual sales volume was 1,403,066 units.

 SAIC-GM's new energy vehicle sales reached 100,000 units for the first time in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 125.2%; sales in December reached 18,911 units, a year-on-year increase of 312.4%.

 Luxeed Auto sold 10,412 units in December, a record high.

 Xpeng Motors delivered a total of 20,115 new cars in December, a year-on-year increase of 78%, and the total delivery volume for the year exceeded 140,000.

 Seres Automobile sold 31,490 vehicles in December, a year-on-year increase of 210.03%. Cumulative sales in 2023 will be 106,703 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 33.31%.

 NIO delivered 18,012 vehicles in December, a year-on-year increase of 13.9%; a total of 160,038 vehicles will be delivered in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 30.7%.

 GAC Aion sold 45,947 vehicles in December, a year-on-year increase of 53%; sales in 2023 will be 480,003 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 77%.

 BYD sold 341,000 new energy vehicles in December, and its cumulative sales in 2023 were 3.0244 million vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 62.3%.

 Geely Automobile sold 150,453 units in December 2023, a year-on-year increase of about 3%. Full-year sales were 1,686,516 units, a year-on-year increase of approximately 18%.
