The AION Hyper GT has been officially unveiled at the 2022 Guangzhou Auto Show and is available for blind ordering.

The new car is a four-door coupe with concealed door handles, a swinging door design with frameless doors, an opening angle of 43° and a swinging door width of 573mm.

In addition, the new car also has two styles, one with a total of three LIDARs on the roof and both wings, and the other with only roof LIDARs, which will have high-level autonomous driving capabilities.

The Hyper GT is equipped with a total of 39 sensing hardware. In addition to the conventional cameras, millimeter wave radar, and ultrasonic radar, it is also equipped with three second-generation intelligent zoomable lidars, located on the roof and both sides of the front of the car. It is worth mentioning that Feng Yun III satellite infrared remote sensing technology is applied to Hyper GT for the first time, which has unique advantages in night scenes, even in bad weather such as haze and dust, it can identify living things and better pedestrians and animals.

In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a rear-mounted single motor as standard, with a maximum power of 250 kW and peak torque of 434 Nm, and a range of about 500-600 km for the main model, which supports power exchange and officially claims a 4-second acceleration of 100 km. At the same time, the new car also uses the VGR variable steering system and intelligent damping system, real-time sensing of road conditions, with millisecond response to adjust the damper damping, making the vehicle more smooth and stable.
