According to GAC Aion, Ruipai Power Technology Co., Ltd., located in the GAC Zhilian New Energy Vehicle Industrial Park, officially started construction recently.

RuiPai Power Technology Co., Ltd. was jointly funded and established by GAC Group, GAC Aion, and GAC Passenger Vehicle. It is controlled by GAC Aion with a total investment of 2.16 billion yuan and covers an area of 104,000 square meters. It will focus on IDU electric drive The system and electric control are independently developed and industrialized, and the integration of independent electric drive and electric control research and development, intelligent manufacturing, sales and service is realized.

The factory is expected to complete the delivery of the plant by the end of 2023, and by 2025, it can achieve an annual output of 400,000 sets of IDU electric drive system assemblies and an annual output of 100,000 sets of motors and electric motors for GMC hybrid electromechanical coupling systems. control system.

GAC Aion released the integrated three-in-one electric drive in 2018, realizing the three-in-one of “electric drive, electric control, and the differential reduction”. The weight is reduced by 20%, the volume is reduced by 15%, the power is increased by 14%, and the torque is increased by 20%. In 2020, Aion released the high-performance two-speed dual-motor “four-in-one” integrated electric drive technology, which has the ability to accelerate from zero to 100 times in two seconds.

In September last year, GAC Aion released the supercar Hyper SSR, which has an acceleration capability of 1.9 seconds to 100. It adopts a two-speed four-in-one high-performance electric drive with a total power density of 3.87kW / Kg electric drive, a peak speed of 22000rpm, and a 900V electric drive. + Silicon carbide chip high-voltage system in one, supporting a peak torque of 12000N·m on wheels and a maximum output power of 1225 PS.
