Fuji has now announced that it will hold an X Summit conference on September 8, and is expected to officially release the new Fujifilm X-H2 camera.

The news is that this is the first time that Fuji supports pixel shift on the X-Trans APS-C camera, and by doing multiple shots in this way, the X-H2 will be able to capture 160 million pixels of images.

According to previous reports, the X-H2 will have the same exterior design as the X-H2s, focus on still image capture, feature a 40-megapixel APS-C sensor, be equipped with the latest X-Processor 5 processor, and is expected to cost $1,999 (about $13,493.25), between the X-H2S and X-T4.

Fuji’s latest X-H2s camera is equipped with a new 26.16-megapixel stacked “X-Trans CMOS 5 HS” sensor with an improved autofocus system that can shoot up to 40 frames per second, and, thanks to newly developed subject recognition autofocus technology, can even shoot 6K / 30P. It can even shoot 6K/30P and 4K/120P videos. It also offers a wide range of features, including five-axis in-body image stabilization with up to 7.0 stops of compensation, a rugged magnesium alloy body, hardware that incorporates operational improvements from the previous model, and various interface options such as a new card slot for CFexpressTM Type B cards.
