Fuji announces November 2 launch event, X-T5 and new macro lens to arrive

0

According to Fujirumors, Fuji has now announced that it will hold a launch event on November 2, where it is expected to announce the new X-T5 camera and XF30mmF2.8 R Macro lens.

The latest news is that the Fujifilm X-T5 camera will no longer use the side flip screen of the X-T4, returning to the X-T3 style three-way flip screen. The new X-T5 is likely to be equipped with the same 40-megapixel CMOS as the recently released X-H2.

The XF30mmF2.8 R Macro is a compact macro lens with a standard angle of view. Its small and lightweight design makes it an ideal take-along lens. It is suitable for a variety of shooting scenarios, including street photography, landscapes, portraits, and desktop still-life photography such as food and decorations. Below are dummy images created by Fujirumors of, from left to right, the XF33mmF1.4 R LM WR, XF30mmF2.8 R Macro, and XF60mmF2.4.
