FSR 3.0 SuperResolution, AMD to Showcase New FidelityFX Technology at GDC

The Game Developers Conference (GDC), to be held on March 20, is an annual professional conference for video game developers and related industries, attracting thousands of attendees each year.

According to the official schedule information displayed at GDC, AMD will be showcasing the new FidelityFX technology at GDC, and it is new and upcoming.

AMD’s FidelityFX is an open-source image quality toolkit that includes many familiar technologies such as FSR Super Resolution, Contrast Adaptive Sharpening (CAS), Ambient Light Occlusion, Variable Shadows, Spatial Screen Spatial Reflections or Denoiser, all of which are key tools for game development.

AMD has now confirmed that it will be demonstrating new technology in the SDK during this GDK conference. Although it is not clear what the plan is, is only been found out that AMD is preparing FSR 3.0 super-resolution technology, which will be launched in the next few months, so we can expect to see if the relevant improvements will be mentioned.
