Sony’s PSP (PlayStation Portable) game console believes that partners have some impression, this is a Sony SIE launched a handheld on December 12, 2004, in September 2014 discontinued.
During the PSP’s decade-long service, third-party statisticians speculated that more than 82 million units were sold, and now former Sony SIE executive Shawn Layden has revealed the exact number of units sold by showing off a special edition PSP from his own collection.

The device is reportedly emblazoned with the words “The last PSP made in the world” on the left side, and the exact lifecycle of the machine on the right:
- Production began on November 9, 2004
- Production ended on September 26, 2014
- Total units manufactured: 82,523,607 (82,523,607 units)
Now Sony will focus on the cloud streaming handheld, the recently launched PlayStation Portal handheld needs to be in the case of the PS5 host, streaming play PS5 games, and does not support the independent operation of the game.
