In 1970, Ford launched a limited edition of 96 units of the legendary orange Ford Mustang Mach 1 Twister.
Now, at the 2022 Chengdu Auto Show, Ford is showing a Mustang Mach-E GT Twister Special Edition.
According to the introduction, the Ford Electric Horse GT Twister Special Edition features a sports car slinky curve + cyclone logo, recreating the design features of the 1970 Mustang Mach 1 Twister Limited Edition.
Ford said that the electric horse GT Twister special edition of the domestic market will soon be online.
In April last year, Ford’s intelligent pure electric SUV Mustang Mach-E was officially opened for booking in China, with a price range of 265,000 yuan to 379,000 yuan. In October last year, the Ford Mustang Mach-E was officially launched with the addition of GT models, starting from 369,900 yuan for the domestic version. GT models have pretty good power data, with 3.65s acceleration at 100km, 359kW maximum power output, 860N/m peak motor torque and 492km CLTC range.
