First M2 MacBook Air orders have begun shipping

The first orders for the M2 MacBook Air are now shipping. Sources say Apple has sent shipping notifications to some customers who expect delivery on July 15. While pre-orders may still show up as “In Purchase” in the Status column, you can track your upcoming package through UPS My Choice or by courier number.

Note that these MacBook Airs are shipping directly from China and are expected to reach users by July 15. While Apple’s website is still accepting new orders, the delivery date has been extended to 4-5 weeks at the latest, meaning users may have to wait until mid-August to get them.

The M2MacBook Air starts at $1,199, and along with the M2 chip, it features a thinner, lighter body, new color options, a larger display, MagSafe charging, and more.
