Find X7 Pro could be first phone to feature Sony Lytia LYT-900 camera sensor

Xiaomi recently introduced its Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro models, while Vivo is preparing to launch the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro later this month. Within both series, there are anticipated premium variants, known as the Xiaomi 14 Ultra and Vivo X100 Pro+. These high-end phones are scheduled for a debut in the first quarter of 2024, in line with prior reports. The competition is set to intensify with the anticipated launch of the OPPO Find X7 Pro around the same timeframe. Notably, tipster Digital Chat Station has disclosed key details about the primary cameras of these three upcoming phones.

As per a tip from Digital Chat Station, Vivo, Oppo, and Xiaomi are in the process of testing flagship phones equipped with the one-inch Sony LYT900 primary camera coupled with DCG (dual conversion gain) technology. Among these, it’s expected that Oppo’s Find series phone will be the first to be released. These developments represent significant progress in the industry.

It seems that the models mentioned include the Vivo X100 Pro+, Find X7 Pro, and Xiaomi 14 Ultra. The Find X7 Pro is likely to lead the way with the LYT900 camera, followed by the Vivo X100 Pro+ and Xiaomi 14 Ultra. For those who don’t know, all three phones are expected to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
