Feifan Auto battery swapping station: 2 minutes 30 seconds to complete battery exchange

Feifan car exchange station released, the exchange station is produced by Shanghai Jenergy Smart Electric New Energy Technology Co. It is understood that the company produces the exchange station, the future will also serve brands including Rongwei, MG, and Datsun will cover SUVs, sedans, MPV and commercial vehicles, and other categories.

According to the official introduction of Feifan, the Feifan R7, which will be launched on September 27, supports the power exchange function and is the first model of Feifan that will be equipped with a 90 kWh power battery with an increased energy density of 185-watt hours/kg. The Feifan battery exchange solution also features advanced booking, uninterrupted audio and video experience, and an air conditioning system. In terms of speed, officials say that the whole process can be finished in 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

From the experience, the process of power exchange at the Feifan Power Exchange Station is in the order of power exchange preparation, preparation completion, vehicle lifting, battery removal, battery installation, vehicle return to position, vehicle restart and power exchange completion. Before the power change, you need to put the vehicle back on the steering wheel, put it in N gear, release the electronic handbrake, release the brake pedal and keep the doors closed.

In addition, the battery of Feifan R7 can be “leased instead of purchased” to reduce the initial purchase cost; the power battery is “rechargeable, exchangeable and upgradeable”, so users can choose flexibly according to their own needs. It is also more convenient to make up for the higher degree of freedom in energy solutions.

Feifan Auto will join hands with its strategic partner Jenergy Smart Electric to launch a comprehensive business platform, relying on Sinopec and PetroChina’s network of more than 50,000 gas stations across the country to upgrade and build comprehensive energy service stations that can be charged, change and upgraded. The first Feifan Power Exchange Preferred Experience Station has been built in Shanghai Anting Delivery Center. 40 integrated energy service stations are planned to be built in 2022, nearly 300 in 2023, and nearly 3000 in 2025.
