Faraday Future FF 91 Futurist production car arrives in Shanghai against Ferrari, Maybach and Rolls-Royce

Faraday Future announced today that it has shipped one of the latest FF 91 Futurist pre-production test vehicles to China for market testing and verification, including charging and infrastructure and other hardware and software App Compatibility.

The transportation of the vehicles confirmed that the company is actively promoting the China-US dual-home strategy, that is, to produce and sell in China and the US, the two largest electric vehicle markets in the world.

Faraday Future said that the FF 91 Futurist is benchmarked against Ferrari, Maybach, Rolls-Royce and Bentley. It has 1050 horsepower, an EPA-certified cruising range of 381 miles (about 613.16 kilometers), and an acceleration of 0-60 miles (about 96.56 kilometers) Second.

Faraday Future said it is making final production preparations and vehicle tests for the quasi-production vehicles manufactured in the Chinese market. Delivery begins, subject to receipt of investor funds within the company’s estimated time frame.

Faraday Future pointed out that through the Product and Technology Generation 2.0 (PT Gen 2.0) project, FF is close to completing the final testing and verification of the FF 91 Futurist. The transition from PT Gen 1.0 to PT Gen 2.0 includes major upgrades to the vehicle and the I.A.I (Intelligent. Autonomous. Internet) system (FF 91 Futurist’s core advanced system, namely Intelligence, Autonomous Driving and Internet). PT Gen 2.0 includes 26 major system and component upgrades.
