Apple’s iPhone 14 standard version is currently assembled mainly in China and India. But according to Brazilian tech media MacMagazine, there is now an additional Assembled in Brazil.
After buying a blue 128GB iPhone 14 model, a local user accidentally found the words “Assembled in Brazil” on the packaging and the device’s part number ending in “BR / A,” suggesting that the iPhone was assembled in that country. The device’s part number ends with “BR / A,” indicating that the iPhone was assembled in that country.
The part numbers for iPhones sold in Brazil and made in China end in “BZ / A” or “BE / A”.
For now, the Brazilian factory only assembles the base iPhone 14, as no Pro or Plus models with the “BR / A” identifier have been found.
