EIZO has now launched a new professional monitor, the ColorEdge CS2400S, for the photography, graphics and design markets, which will begin shipping on February 24 at a suggested price of 108,900 yen (currently about 5,674 RMB).

The ColorEdge CS2400S is a 24.1-inch WUXGA display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, a resolution of just 1920 x 1200 pixels, a contrast ratio of 1350:1, a brightness of 410cd/m2, 10bit color compatibility, 99% Adobe RGB color gamut coverage, and all factory color correction, and support for VESA 100 x 100 wall mount.

These professional monitors include “adjustment reports” for individual product characteristics as proof of individual factory adjustments to grayscale characteristics, equalization, etc., but this is the first time “adjustment reports” have been tried in the CS series.

This monitor is a normal iteration, adding a new USB Type-C input port and some brightness and contrast improvements compared to the ColorEdge CS2420-Z released in 2019.

In addition to this Type-C port, which provides 70W of power, it also offers four USB-A ports on the side, as well as the normal DisplayPort and HDMI ports. In addition, the new power consumption has been reduced from 26W to 18W.

In addition, Eizo offers external calibration sensors, hoods and other products, and users can also make targeted adjustments through the color management application “ColorNavigator 7” and the photo print color adjustment tool “Quick Color Match”.
